"Veronika Decides to Die" by Paolo Coelho

I finally finished the book I’m reading - “Veronika Decides to Die.” In summary, she got bored with life, and decided to commit suicide.  The attempt failed and so she was checked in a mental hospital. There she found her real passion ( to play the piano ) and met the real love of her life - Eduardo ( the ambassador’s son ) who also checked in the hospital due to schizophrenia.  He was really not insane, just forced to become one because his diplomatic parents couldn’t take that he wanted to be a painter and not follow their footsteps).   After Veronika found her life’s purpose and real love, she was freed from any desire to die and this was replaced with extreme desire / will to live. The book also touched on "Vitreol" or bitterness in humans as the main culprit for madness and negativity/loss of hope.
